Account Deletion Options
If you have decided to stop using Kivella, you have two ways to request deletion of your account and associated data.
Directly in the App
The fastest way to delete your account is through the mobile application settings.
- Open the Kivella App
- Go to Settings
- Tap on Account
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
Email Support
Alternatively, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team.
Important Data Policy
When you request account deletion, your account will be deactivated immediately. Here's what happens to your data:
- 30-Day Recovery Period: We will keep your data for 30 days. During this period, you can recover your account by contacting support if you change your mind.
- Permanent Deletion: After exactly 30 days, everything will be permanently deleted from our servers, including your recipes, pantry data, and profile information.
- Irreversible: Once the 30-day period has passed, the data cannot be recovered.
