These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Kivella. By accessing the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Using Kivella
Kivella provides tools for pantry management, recipe organization, meal planning, shopping lists and nutrition estimates. You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate account information when using the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of recipes, photos, pantry records and other content you provide. You grant Kivella permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
4. AI-assisted features
Recipe suggestions, food recognition and nutrition information may be generated or assisted by automated systems. Review results before relying on them, especially where allergies, dietary restrictions or health decisions are involved.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful material or use Kivella in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
6. Plans and billing
Paid plans, prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Store or payment-provider terms may also apply. Unless required by law, billing changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, add or remove features to keep Kivella useful, secure and reliable. We may suspend access where necessary to protect users, comply with law or address misuse.
8. Ending your account
You may stop using Kivella at any time and request account deletion from the app or through our Delete Account page. Data handling after deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Kivella is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Kivella is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
